• Prepare and manage construction schedule
• Prepare subcontracts
• Perform material procurement, issue purchase orders
• Review and coordinate shop drawings
• Quality and safety assurance
• Regulatory coordination and compliance
• Process pay applications
• Perform detailed cost accounting monthly
Contract Close Out
• Obtain Owner’s final acceptance and approval
• Manage warranty issues
• Operation/maintenance orientation with Owner
